Voor een internationale voedingsproducent in Koolskamp zoeken we een Teamlead Laadkaai. Je combineert operationeel werk met het aansturen van een team en zorgt ervoor dat alle laad en losactiviteiten veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning verlopen.

Functieomschrijving

  • Als Teamlead Laadkaai ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse werking van de laadkaai.
  • Je organiseert en coördineert de laad en losactiviteiten.
  • Je stuurt een team van logistieke medewerkers aan op de werkvloer.
  • Je zorgt voor een efficiënte taakverdeling en volgt de planning op.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, veiligheid en productiviteit binnen jouw afdeling.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor collega's en ondersteunt hen waar nodig.
  • Je signaleert knelpunten en denkt mee over verbeteringen in de logistieke processen.
  • Je werkt actief mee op de werkvloer wanneer de situatie dit vraagt.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging van de logistieke activiteiten.
  • Dankzij jouw inzet verloopt de goederenstroom vlot en blijft de laadkaai optimaal functioneren.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen een logistieke omgeving.
  • Je hebt ervaring in het aansturen van medewerkers op de werkvloer.
  • Je bent een natuurlijke coach die collega's weet te motiveren.
  • Je werkt georganiseerd en behoudt het overzicht.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands.
  • Je bent hands on ingesteld en werkt graag mee op de werkvloer.
  • Je hebt oog voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie.
  • Je kan zelfstandig beslissingen nemen en verantwoordelijkheid opnemen.
  • Ervaring binnen een magazijn of laadkaaiomgeving is een sterke troef.
