Voor een sterk groeiende en internationale familiale onderneming in de regio rond Tielt zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Teamlead Logistiek. In deze rol ben jij de spilfiguur op de laadkaaien. Je combineert mensgericht leiderschap met een strakke operationele opvolging, zodat het laad- en verzendproces vlot, kwalitatief en efficiënt verloopt. Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Leidinggeven & Teamwerking:Je stuurt het logistieke team aan, begeleidt en motiveert medewerkers op de werkvloer. Je staat in voor de opvolging, ontwikkeling en opleiding van nieuwe en bestaande laders. Je voert evolutiegesprekken, ondersteunt bij sollicitaties en beheert ziekte en verlof binnen je team.
  • Planning & Operationele Opvolging:Je maakt de dagelijkse personeelsplanning op en bewaakt de planning aan de laadkaaien. Bij piekmomenten of afwezigheden ondersteun je hands-on en stuur je bij via het ERP-systeem. Je vormt de verbindende schakel tussen de planning, de backoffice en het team op de vloer.
  • Kwaliteit, Veiligheid & KPI's:Je ziet erop toe dat goederen en pallets correct en kwalitatief naar de juiste bestemmingen vertrekken. Je analyseert eventuele klantenklachten en stelt gerichte verbeteracties voor. Je volgt de logistieke KPI's op (zoals laadsnelheid, foutenmarges en kaai-bezetting). Je waarborgt de naleving van regels rond veiligheid, kwaliteitsnormen en audits.
  • Procesverbetering & Overleg:Je detecteert knelpunten en denkt actief mee over fysieke en systeemtechnische verbeteringen op de werkvloer. Je neemt deel aan het wekelijks operationeel overleg en klachtenvergaderingen.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding in een logistieke richting en hebt bij voorkeur 5 tot 10 jaar relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt grondige ervaring opgebouwd binnen een logistieke, warehouse- of productieomgeving en begrijpt inbound/outbound-processen door en door.
  • Je bent een toegankelijke, duidelijke en motiverende leidinggevende.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en blijft oplossingsgericht handelen bij veranderende prioriteiten of drukte.
  • Je communiceert vlot op alle niveaus (van medewerkers op de vloer tot het management).
  • Je bent vlot met ERP-systemen; ervaring met SAP is een grote plus.
