The posting

Onze klant is een middelgroot Belgisch transport- en logistiekbedrijf, gespecialiseerd in groupagevervoer van en naar Frankrijk en het Verenigd Koninkrijk. Met hun eigen cross-dock faciliteit in Erpe-Mere en binnenkort een nieuwe vestiging in Kruisem, verzorgen zij efficiënte transportoplossingen. Naast groupage bieden ze ook volledig trailertransport en value added warehousing aan.

Het bedrijf beschikt over een moderne, duurzame vloot van 100 vrachtwagens en 150 opleggers. Hun magazijn van 20.000 m² is voorzien van de nieuwste technologieën en geschikt voor onder andere de voedings- en drankenindustrie. Service, teamwork, respect en klantgerichtheid staan centraal.

Jobomschrijving

Als teamlead logistiek customer service ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de volgende taken:

  • Je stuurt een team van vier customer servicemedewerkers aan;
  • Je verdeelt de verschillende dossiers onder de collega's en jij bent de eindverantwoordelijke;
  • Je brengt structuur in het team, stuurt bij waar nodig en geeft feedback om hen naar een hoger level te tillen;
  • Je optimaliseert de huidige manier van werken door waar mogelijk digitaal te organiseren;
  • Bij problemen bij klanten neem je je verantwoordelijkheden op en ga je langs bij de klanten;
  • 50% van de tijd werk je actief mee binnen het team.

Ben jij de teamlead logistiek customer service naar waar wij op zoek gaan?

  • Je hebt relevante ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie en bij voorkeur binnen transport of logistiek;
  • Bij voorkeur heb je ervaring met het aansturen, begeleiden en coördineren van medewerkers;
  • Je drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels;
  • Je kan omgaan met verschillende persoonlijkheden en geeft feedback wanneer nodig;
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheden op voor je team en denkt zelf na over oplossingen;
  • Je bent assertief en durft duidelijke afspraken maken en bewaken met de klanten;
  • Je kijkt kritisch naar de huidige werkwijze en ziet opportuniteiten en verbeteringen.
