Ihre Aufgaben: * Konzeption und Implementierung von innovativen Marketingkampagnen, um unsere Markenbekanntheit und Marktposition zu stärken * Entwicklung und Implementierung von Strategien zur Stärkung unserer Arbeitgebermarke * Verwaltung der genehmigten Marketingbudgets und genaue Überwachung der Ausgaben * Koordination der Presse- und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit des Hotels mit allen internen & externen Partnern * Erstellung von ansprechenden Inhalten für verschiedene Kanäle, einschließlich Social Media, Website, Blogs und Newsletter mit dem Team * Durchführung von Marktanalysen, um Trends und Wettbewerbsaktivitäten zu identifizieren und unsere Marketingstrategien kontinuierlich zu verbessern * Führung und Förderung des 4-köpfigen Marketing-Teams * Entwicklung von Kommunikationsstrategien und -maßnahmen, um die Unternehmenskultur zu fördern und die Mitarbeiterbindung zu stärken * Leitung der Marketing-Meetings und Besprechung künftiger Kampagnen und Werbeaktionen * Direktes Reporting an die operative Geschäftsführung

Ihr Profil: * Abgeschlossene Ausbildung / Studium im Bereich Tourismus und Hotel mit Fokus Marketing, Kommunikation oder Betriebswirtschaft * Berufserfahrung im Bereich Teamleitung von großem Vorteil, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Employer Branding * Erfahrung in der Markenkommunikation, vorzugsweise in einem Hotel-, Tourismus-, Luxus- oder ähnlichem Umfeld * Ein Auge für kreative Details, Eigeninitiative und immer auf der Suche nach neuen, innovativen Ideen * Repräsentativer Führungsstil in der Mitarbeiterführung- und Motivation * Stark in der Planung und Umsetzung von Projekten, mit der Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu jonglieren * Beherrschen der gängigen MS Office Tools, Marketing- und Gestaltungsplattformen * Hervorragende schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.
