Ook wel genoemd Lead Mechanical Engineer, Engineering Teamlead of Technisch Projectleider Engineering. Voor een technische organisatie in de regio Noord-Holland zoekt YOUMANworks een interim professional die tijdelijk de leiding overneemt van Project Engineering. De huidige teamlead vertrekt. Het doel is daarom niet alleen om de afdeling gedurende minimaal zes maanden draaiende te houden, maar ook om goed te inventariseren wat de toekomstige vaste opvolger moet weten. De afdeling bestaat uit circa 5 fte. en verwerkt klantorders waarbij bestaande machines klant specifiek worden geëngineerd. Ongeveer 70% van het werk ligt redelijk dicht bij bestaande ontwerpen. Bij de overige orders zijn meer aanpassingen nodig vanwege specifieke klantvragen. Engineers vertalen die orders naar aangepaste ontwerpen, tekeningen, specificaties, stuklijsten, machineconfiguraties en andere technische documentatie voor inkoop en productie. Als interim teamleider hoef je niet degene te zijn die dagelijks het meeste tekenwerk uitvoert. Je moet het werk van Mechanical Engineers wél inhoudelijk...
