Over de functie Als Teamlead Operationele Inkoop ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor het operationele inkoopteam binnen deze groothandel in creatief speelgoed, knutsel- en hobbyartikelen. Jij verdeelt de dagelijkse werkzaamheden, bewaakt de voortgang en grijpt in waar nodig. Je houdt nauw contact met leveranciers in China en zorgt dat alles op tijd, volgens specificaties en kwaliteitsnormen wordt geleverd. Ook bewaak je de productieplanning en los je problemen snel op. Je werkt in een informeel en professioneel team waarbij je schakelt met verschillende afdelingen. - Prioriteren en verdelen van taken binnen het team - Escaleren van operationele knelpunten richting management - Aanspreken van interne stakeholders op deadlines en verantwoordelijkheden - Initiëren van procesverbeteringen in inkoop en supply chain - Onderhouden van contacten met leveranciers in China - Bewaken van productieplanningen en oplossen van leveringsproblemen - Monitoren van leveranciersprestaties en ondersteunen bij structurele verbeteringen Over het bedrijf Binnen deze groothandel werk je in een organisatie die actief is in meer dan 18 landen.
