De functie inhoud Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit als Teamlead Planning in Menen?

  • Het planningsteam begeleiden zodat elke transportdag efficiënt en gestructureerd verloopt.
  • Medewerkers coachen, ondersteunen en motiveren om samen de vooropgestelde doelstellingen te behalen.
  • Prioriteiten bepalen en snel schakelen wanneer onverwachte situaties zich voordoen.

  • Nieuwe collega's mee begeleiden en evaluatie- en feedbackgesprekken voeren.
  • Operationeel ondersteunen wanneer de planning daarom vraagt, zonder zelf dagelijks achter het planningsscherm te zitten.
  • Trends analyseren en rapporteren aan het management om de werking verder te optimaliseren.
