The posting

De Teamleader Productie creëert een veilige, conforme en motiverende werkomgeving waarin medewerkers optimaal kunnen presteren. Daarnaast zorgt hij/zij ervoor dat productieprocessen efficiënt verlopen en bijdragen aan duurzame resultaten

  • Op het vlak van veiligheid bewaakt de Teamleader de naleving van veiligheidsprocedures en werkinstructies, werkt nauw samen met de preventiedienst en stimuleert een ordelijke werkplek volgens de 5S-principes.
  • Ook zorg je ervoor dat de producten voldoen aan kwaliteits- en voedselveiligheidseisen. Hij/zij werkt samen met de kwaliteitsdienst bij afwijkingen, zorgt voor correcte registraties en waakt over de toepassing van kwaliteitsprocedures.
  • Om de leveringen te garanderen stuurt de Teamleader de dagelijkse productie aan, plant de beschikbaarheid van grondstoffen en verpakkingen en zorgt ervoor dat werkopdrachten, etiketten en andere productiegegevens tijdig beschikbaar zijn.
  • De rol vereist een continue opvolging van productieactiviteiten, bestellingen en capaciteit, zodat de personeelsbezetting en productieplanning optimaal aansluiten bij de klantvraag. Daarnaast vervangt de Teamleader de Productiemanager bij afwezigheid.
  • Om de productie blijven te verbeteren volgt de Teamleader KPI’s rond rendement, kwaliteit, productiviteit en kosten op. Hij/zij analyseert prestaties, brengt verliezen in kaart en initieert verbeterprojecten volgens Lean- en Kaizen-principes.
  • Als echte people-manager coacht, motiveert en ondersteunt de Teamleader operatoren en ploegverantwoordelijken. Daarnaast organiseert hij/zij opleidingen, verzorgt het onthaal van nieuwe medewerkers en stimuleert een open samenwerking tussen productie en ondersteunende diensten.
  • Jij hebt een ruime en stabiele ervaring als Teamleader binnen een vergelijkbare productieomgeving ( bij voorkeur voeding)
  • Goede kennis van productieprocessen en kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om teamleden te motiveren.
  • Analytisch denkvermogen en probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
  • Zelfstandig, proactief en resultaatgericht.
  • Vloeiende kennis van het Nederlands, kennis van het Frans of het Engels is een plus maar zeker geen must.
