Jouw rol

Als teamlead productie hout ben je de spil van de zagerij. Je zorgt dat de productie vlot verloopt, de kwaliteit hoog blijft en klanten hun bestellingen correct en op tijd ontvangen. Je combineert leidinggeven met actief meewerken, waardoor je dicht bij je team staat en de praktijk goed kent.

Wat ga je doen?

Teammanagement & meewerkend leiderschap

  • De dag starten met het bekijken van de planning en het verdelen van taken.
  • Rekening houden met deadlines en de sterke punten van je team benutten.
  • Actief meehelpen op machines zoals opdeelzaag, kantenlijmer en CNC-machines, terwijl je je team aanstuurt en overzicht bewaart.
  • Collega’s begeleiden, motiveren en voorzien van duidelijke feedback.
  • Een goede teamsfeer bevorderen en het beste in je collega’s naar boven halen.

Zagerij, kwaliteit & leverbetrouwbaarheid

  • Planningen bewaken en zorgen dat productie volgens schema verloopt.
  • Kwaliteitscontrole uitvoeren en snel ingrijpen bij afwijkingen.µ
  • Problemen signaleren en samen met het team oplossingen zoeken.
  • Technische storingen efficiënt oplossen en bijdragen aan procesoptimalisatie.

Veiligheid & orde

  • Een veilige en nette werkplek garanderen.
  • Toezien op het naleven van veiligheidsregels en gebruik van beschermingsmiddelen.
  • Direct ingrijpen bij risico’s en zorgen voor structuur op de werkvloer.

Projecten & samenwerking

  • Nauw samenwerken met de operations manager en collega-teamleads.
  • Bijdragen aan verbeterprojecten en nieuwe werkwijzen correct implementeren.

Leverbetrouwbaarheid & klantenservice

  • Bestellingen correct, volledig en op tijd klaarzetten.
  • Samenwerken met andere afdelingen om leverbetrouwbaarheid te waarborgen.

Rapportage & communicatie

  • Duidelijk communiceren met interne stakeholders zoals planning, aankoop, magazijn en transport.
  • Problemen en vertragingen tijdig melden en meedenken over oplossingen.
  • Technische opleiding hout of gelijkaardig, of relevante werkervaring.
  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een productieomgeving hout of maatmeubelen.
  • Kennis van opdeelzaag, kantenlijmer, drie-assige CNC (nesting) en verticale CNC (boorstraat).
  • Commercieel ingesteld en neemt ownership.
  • Kwaliteits- en klantgericht denken.
  • Initiatiefrijk en oplossingsgericht.
  • Overzicht bewaren en lange termijn denken.
  • Coachende leider die open, eerlijk en respectvol communiceert.
  • Kennis van Proteus en Alphacam is een plus.
