Je gaat aan de slag bij een internationale producent van bouwmaterialen, actief in de ruime regio Zulte. Het bedrijf telt meer dan 8000 medewerkers wereldwijd en is al meer dan 60 jaar actief in de sector. Je komt terecht in een professionele en gestructureerde productieomgeving met veel aandacht voor veiligheid, opleiding en duurzaamheid. Er zijn uitgebreide doorgroeimogelijkheden en er wordt sterk ingezet op interne opleiding.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Dagelijks stuur je een team van 5 tot 10 medewerkers aan en zorg je ervoor dat zowel machinebedieners als heftruckchauffeurs efficiënt samenwerken
  • Je motiveert jouw ploeg, voert evaluatiegesprekken, geeft gerichte feedback en zorgt voor een goede opvolging van prestaties
  • Nieuwe collega's geef je een warm onthaal, je begeleidt hen tijdens het volledige inwerktraject en zorgt dat ze zich snel thuis voelen
  • Ook maak en beheer je de personeelsplanning, spring je flexibel in bij afwezigheden en coördineer je storingen met de technische dienst
  • Verbeterinitiatieven en kwaliteitscontroles zijn deel van je takenpakket, net zoals erop toezien dat de veiligheidsregels worden opgevolgd
  • Je werkt in een volcontinu ploegensysteem (5 ploegen)
  • Je beschikt over een technisch diploma of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands is nodig om veiligheidsinstructies te begrijpen en over te brengen
  • Nauwkeurig, energiek en sterk in het motiveren van mensen typeert jou!
