Binnen Star-shl zetten we een volgende stap in professionalisering: meer samenhang, betere keuzes en sterkere sturing op projecten. Om dit te realiseren, bouwen we ons projectbureau verder uit. Daarom zoeken wij een Teamlead Projectbureau. In deze nieuwe rol geef je richting aan het projectbureau én help je de organisatie om projecten beter te kiezen, te organiseren en succesvol uit te voeren. Zo lever je, samen met je team, een concrete bijdrage aan het realiseren van onze strategische doelstellingen. Als Teamlead Projectbureau combineer je leiderschap met inhoudelijke regie op project- en portfoliomanagement. Je speelt een belangrijke rol in het creëren van overzicht, focus en kwaliteit in het projectlandschap van de organisatie. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor: - Leidinggeven aan het projectbureau (4 projectleiders, 2,4 fte) - Inrichten, ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van project- en portfoliomanagement en begeleidt dit proces binnen de organisatie - Adviseren van management en directie over prioritering en inzet van projecten - Bewaken van de samenhang, voortgang en kwaliteit van projecten - Versterken van de kwaliteit en uniformiteit van projectmanagement - Doorontwikkelen en borgen van methodieken, standaarden en werkwijzen - Verbinden van projecten met organisatiebrede ontwikkelingen en veranderopgaven Naast je coördinerende taken geef je ook zelf leiding aan projecten. Je maakt deel uit van het MT ICT, dat bestaat uit drie collega afdelingshoofden en de Manager ICT. Je rapporteert direct aan de Manager ICT. Wanneer is dit iets voor jou?
