Als Team Lead QA in Eindhoven combineer je de rol van senior QA-specialist met een beperkte leidinggevende verantwoordelijkheid. Je verdient een brutosalaris tot € 6.100,- per maand, ontvangt een reiskostenvergoeding en gaat direct in dienst bij de opdrachtgever. Manpower zoekt een Team Lead QA voor een bedrijf in Eindhoven.

Deze functie is geen klassieke leidinggevende rol. De nadruk ligt op het beheren, verbeteren en bewaken van het kwaliteitssysteem binnen een sterk gereguleerde productieomgeving. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

- Beheren en optimaliseren van kwaliteitssystemen en compliance-processen

- Beheren van documentatie, procedures, training compliance en change control

- Coördineren en begeleiden van interne, klant- en leveranciersaudits

- Opvolgen van auditbevindingen en corrigerende maatregelen

- Onderzoeken van afwijkingen en uitvoeren van root cause analyses

- Opzetten, beheren en monitoren van CAPA-trajecten

- Beoordelen en verbeteren van kwaliteitsprocessen

- Samenwerken met operationele, technische en ondersteunende afdelingen

- Coachen en begeleiden van een QA-collega binnen een internationale setting

- Initiëren van verbeterprojecten gericht op kwaliteit en compliance

Dit krijg je

- Brutosalaris van € 5.500,- tot € 6.100,- per maand

- Reiskostenvergoeding volgens regeling van de opdrachtgever

- Direct contract bij de opdrachtgever

- Fulltime baan van 40 uur per week
