* Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Quality Assurance Teams

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und GMP-Anforderungen

* Kontinuierliche Verbesserung und Harmonisierung von Qualitätsprozessen

* Verantwortung für Audits sowie die Begleitung von Kunden- und Behördeninspektionen

* Bewertung von Abweichungen, Reklamationen und Änderungsanträgen

* Weiterentwicklung einer proaktiven Qualitätskultur in der Organisation

* Analyse relevanter Qualitätskennzahlen und Ableitung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen

Du bringst mit

* Abgeschlossene technische oder naturwissenschaftliche Ausbildung

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Quality Assurance in einem regulierten Umfeld

* Fundierte Kenntnisse von GMP-Anforderungen und Qualitätsmanagementsystemen

* Erste oder mehrjährige Führungserfahrung

* Der Tätigkeit entsprechend gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

* Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und kommunikative Persönlichkeit
