Teamlead Quality | Chemie

Introductie

Voor een internationaal actief familiebedrijf binnen de chemische productie in regio Waregem zijn we op zoek naar een Teamlead Quality.

Je neemt de leiding over het QC-team en combineert people management met een sterke inhoudelijke verantwoordelijkheid binnen kwaliteit. Je bewaakt de kwaliteitssystemen, stuurt verbeteringen aan en bent een belangrijke schakel tussen Quality, R&D en Operations.

Je krijgt veel ownership binnen een groeiende productieomgeving waar kwaliteit en continue verbetering centraal staan.

Wat Ga Je Doen?

  • Je stuurt het Quality-team aan, coacht je medewerkers en zorgt voor een efficiënte taakverdeling en bezetting.
  • Je bewaakt en optimaliseert de kwaliteitssystemen en kwaliteitsanalyses, waarbij je afwijkingen omzet in concrete verbeteracties.
  • Je neemt ownership over interne en externe klachten, voert root cause analyses uit en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging van CAPA's.
  • Je coördineert interne en externe audits en zorgt ervoor dat certificaten, DOP's en kwaliteitsdocumentatie steeds correct en up-to-date zijn.
  • Je beheert de formules binnen het ERP-systeem en stuurt bij wanneer wijzigingen in grondstoffen of productie dit vereisen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met R&D en Operations rond continuous improvement en bouwt actief mee aan een sterke kwaliteitscultuur.

Wie Ben Je?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor of master in Chemie, Biochemie, Milieu of een andere relevante wetenschappelijke richting.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen Quality Control en kwaliteitssystemen, bij voorkeur binnen een chemische of industriële productieomgeving.
  • Je hebt kennis van labo-analyses, ISO-normen, audits, CAPA's en klachtenbehandeling.
  • Je bent een people manager die medewerkers kan coachen, motiveren en meenemen in verandering.
  • Je werkt analytisch en hands-on en kunt je professioneel uitdrukken in Engels en Frans.
