Functie

Als Teamlead Quality Control speel je een cruciale rol in het waarborgen en verbeteren van de kwaliteitsprocessen binnen onze organisatie.

  • Uitwerken en opvolgen van onze kwaliteitssystemen, waarbij je toeziet op een correcte toepassing en registratie van de kwaliteitsprocessen.
  • Aansturen van het QC-team, je neemt een voorbeeldrol op ten opzichte van het team, je volgt afwezigheden op en zorgt voor een optimale bezetting binnen je team.
  • Opvolgen van de kwaliteitsanalyses van het QC-team, zodat je eventueel een actieplan kan opmaken voor Operations bij niet-conforme resultaten.
  • Behandelen en opvolgen van interne en externe klachten, analyseren van de oorzaken en uitwerken en opvolgen van corrigerende en preventieve acties.
  • Beheer en opvolging van certificaten, inclusief het actualiseren van documentatie en het verzorgen van DOP’s. Je staat ook in voor het coördineren van interne en externe audits.
  • Formulebeheer, het up-to-date houden van formules in ons ERP-systeem, formulewijzigingen opvolgen en verwerken in functie van beschikbaarheid van grondstoffen.
  • Actief bijdragen aan continue verbetering binnen het labo en productieprocessen in samenwerking met R&D en Operations.
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Operations Director.

Profiel

  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met kwaliteitscontrole en kwaliteitsmanagementsystemen, opgedaan in een productie-/industriële omgeving.
  • Bachelor of Master in een wetenschappelijke richting (bv. Chemie, Biochemie, Milieu) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met of basiskennis van reglementering rond chemische producten (opslag, etikettering, gevaarsymbolen zoals GHS) — of bent bereid je dit snel eigen te maken.
  • Je bent een betrokken teamleader die initiatief neemt, duidelijk communiceert en je team motiveert.
  • Je bent de hands-on spilfiguur op vlak van kwaliteit: je bouwt mee aan systemen, maar staat evengoed op de vloer.
  • Kennis van kwaliteitsprocessen en analysetechnieken in een labo-omgeving.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en probleemoplossend vermogen, met oog voor de praktische haalbaarheid van je voorstellen.
  • Je hebt een goede basiskennis Engels en Frans.
  • Communicatief en vlot in samenwerking met verschillende afdelingen (Operations, R&D, HSE).
  • Proactieve en gestructureerde werkhouding met oog voor detail, zonder de bredere impact op de werkvloer uit het oog te verliezen.
  • Je zoekt een langetermijnengagement: deze rol vraagt tijd om het systeem echt te laten landen en verankeren binnen de organisatie.
