Wat houdt de job in? Als Teamlead ben je verantwoordelijk voor de coaching, begeleiding en ontwikkeling van een team recruiters en onze Unit Support Officer. Je ondersteunt de werking van het team, bewaakt de teamflow en bent het eerste operationele aansrpeekpunt.

Je bent een inspirerend voorbeeld, een motivator en een actieve schakel in het realiseren van team- en organisatiedoelen, terwijl je zelf ook zeer actief betrokken blijft bij het invullen van vacatures, klantenbeheer en kandidaatopvolging. Lead by example. Bij Tecjobz zijn de ambities eindeloos. Je komt terecht binnen een hoog gesegmenteerde nichespeler, dit vertaalt zich ook in enkele must haves:

  • Je behaalde een Master of bachelor of bent gelijkwaardig door minimum 3 jaar relevante ervaring in recruitment.
  • Authentiek leiderschap, verantwoordelijkheidszin en ownership zijn woorden die jou typeren. Je bent graag gezien als leidinggevende, maar kan ook streng zijn wanneer nodig.
  • Je bent in staat om zelf orde te scheppen en gestructureerd te werken. Je komt terecht in een groeiende organisatie waar ruimte is voor eigen initiatief bij het management.
