Krijg jij energie van mensen coachen én tegelijk complexe klantendossiers tot in de puntjes regelen? Dan kan deze rol als teamlead sales support voor de Duitstalige markt jouw volgende carrièrestap zijn.

Je krijgt een sleutelrol tussen klanten, sales en interne afdelingen. Vraagt de klant vraagt een aangepaste verpakking of productspecificatie? Dan breng jij de juiste mensen samen, bewaakt de afspraken en zorgt dat het dossier vlot richting productie gaat.

Jouw uitdaging:

  • Aansturen, coachen en motiveren van een team van 10 Sales Support collega's.
  • Verdelen van het werk, bewaken van prioriteiten en opvolgen van de dagelijkse werking.
  • Operationeel beheren van klantendossiers voor de Duitse markt.
  • Coördineren van klantvragen met Sales, Verpakking, Kwaliteit en R&D.
  • Opvolgen van maatwerk rond verpakkingen, productspecificaties en andere klantbehoeften.
  • Beheren van productportfolio's, prijzen en contractafspraken in SAP.
  • Opvolgen van volumecontracten en afstemmen met planning en productie.
  • Beantwoorden van klantvragen en behandelen van eenvoudige klachten.
  • Meebouwen aan een sterke One Team-mentaliteit waarbij klantgerichtheid en samenwerking centraal staan.

Je bent een ervaren commerciële professional die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en tegelijk energie haalt uit het begeleiden van collega's.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Ervaring binnen Sales Support, Customer Service of commerciële binnendienst.
  • Een eerste ervaring in een coördinerende of leidinggevende rol, of de ambitie om dit aan te leren.
  • Een nauwkeurige en gestructureerde werkhouding.
  • Een sterk cijfermatig inzicht en vlotte omgang met ERP-systemen, bij voorkeur SAP.
  • Een uitstekende kennis van het Duits, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Een oplossingsgerichte mindset en het vermogen om overzicht te bewaren in complexe dossiers.
  • Sterke communicatieve en coachende vaardigheden.
