In deze rol combineer je operationele betrokkenheid met coachend leiderschap. Je zorgt ervoor dat het sales support team optimaal functioneert en draagt tegelijk bij aan een uitstekende dienstverlening richting klanten en het commerciële team.

Verantwoordelijkheden

Teamleiding & organisatie

  • Je geeft dagelijks leiding aan het Sales Support team en zorgt voor een efficiënte en positieve samenwerking.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor jouw medewerkers en ondersteunt hen in hun verdere ontwikkeling.
  • Je werkt actief mee binnen de dagelijkse werking en behoudt zo voeling met de operationele processen.
  • Je bewaakt kwaliteit, deadlines en prioriteiten binnen het team.
  • Je verdeelt de werkzaamheden, creëert duidelijke afspraken en optimaliseert processen waar nodig.
  • Je stimuleert kennisdeling, samenwerking en een klantgerichte mindset.
  • Je geeft constructieve feedback en begeleidt medewerkers in hun groei.

Sales Support & klantbeheer

  • Je zorgt samen met het team voor een vlotte administratieve ondersteuning van de internationale salesorganisatie.
  • Je onderhoudt contact met klanten via telefoon en e-mail en bouwt duurzame relaties op.
  • Je beheert en verwerkt prijsafspraken en commerciële contracten in het ERP-systeem.
  • Je coördineert nieuwe verpakkingsontwikkelingen en assortimentuitbreidingen in samenwerking met verschillende interne afdelingen.
  • Je fungeert als verbindende schakel tussen klanten, sales, kwaliteit en verpakking om een optimale dienstverlening te garanderen.
  • Je draagt bij aan een efficiënte commerciële flow en een hoge klanttevredenheid.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma, of een gelijkwaardig werk- en denkniveau.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een leidinggevende rol binnen een commerciële of administratieve omgeving.
  • Je communiceert vlot in meerdere talen; een goede kennis van het Duits is essentieel.
  • Je hebt ervaring met Microsoft Office en ERP-systemen, bij voorkeur SAP.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een internationale werkomgeving en begrijpt complexe bedrijfsprocessen.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en resultaatgericht.
  • Je combineert analytisch inzicht met een pragmatische en oplossingsgerichte aanpak.
  • Je bent flexibel, stressbestendig en neemt graag initiatief.
