Als Teamlead Sales Support stuur je een team van ongeveer 10 medewerkers aan en combineer je leidinggeven met een eigen operationele verantwoordelijkheid binnen een internationale markt. Je zorgt ervoor dat klantenvragen efficiënt worden vertaald naar concrete oplossingen en vormt de schakel tussen klanten, sales en diverse interne afdelingen.

Je leidt een sterk sales support-team

  • Je stuurt een team van circa 10 collega's aan.
  • Je verdeelt het werk en bewaakt prioriteiten en deadlines.
  • Je coacht medewerkers en ondersteunt hen in hun professionele ontwikkeling.
  • Je begeleidt nieuwe collega's tijdens hun onboarding.
  • Je voert feedback-, evaluatie- en ontwikkelingsgesprekken.
  • Je stimuleert samenwerking en klantgerichtheid binnen het team.

Je coördineert klantendossiers van A tot Z

  • Je stemt klantvragen af met verschillende interne afdelingen zoals Sales, Verpakking, Kwaliteit en Productontwikkeling.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat wijzigingen in producten, verpakkingen of specificaties correct worden opgevolgd.
  • Je bewaakt het volledige traject van aanvraag tot implementatie in productie.
  • Je zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie tussen alle betrokken partijen.

Je beheert prijzen en contracten

  • Je beheert het productportfolio van jouw klanten.
  • Je verwerkt prijsafspraken en contractgegevens in het ERP-systeem.
  • Je volgt volumecontracten nauwgezet op.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat commerciële afspraken, planning en productie naadloos op elkaar aansluiten.

Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten

  • Je beantwoordt vragen van klanten op een professionele manier.
  • Je volgt dossiers nauwgezet op.
  • Je behandelt eenvoudige klachten en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging.
  • Voor complexe vraagstukken werk je samen met gespecialiseerde collega's.

Je hebt ervaring binnen Sales Support, Customer Service of een commerciële binnendienstfunctie.

Je hebt ervaring met het coördineren van een team of bent klaar voor een eerste leidinggevende rol.

Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt een sterk cijfermatig inzicht.

Je hebt ervaring met ERP-systemen, bij voorkeur SAP.

Je communiceert vlot in het Duits, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.

Je brengt structuur in complexe dossiers en denkt oplossingsgericht.

Je bent organisatorisch sterk en behoudt overzicht, ook wanneer meerdere projecten tegelijk lopen.
