The posting

Als Teamlead Sales Support werk je mee in de dagelijkse opvolging en stuur je tegelijk jouw team aan. Samen met jouw team vorm je de link tussen de externe sales, de klant en interne afdelingen en bied je ondersteuning aan de interne commerciële organisatie.

Jouw rol:

  • je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor jouw team
  • je bewaakt kwaliteit, prioriteiten en samenwerking met sales en andere afdelingen
  • je verdeelt het werk, stelt prioriteiten en zorgt voor duidelijke afspraken en werkwijzen
  • je geeft feedback en ondersteunt jouw collega's
  • je zorgt mee voor een sterke administratieve ondersteuning van het externe sales team
  • je bent een aanspreekpunt voor de klanten. Je staat hen telefonisch en per mail te woord
  • je verzorgt het updaten en ingeven van prijscontracten in het systeem
  • je begeleidt en coördineert de ontwikkeling van verpakkingsmateriaal en assortiment. Je stemt af met de klant en met interne afdelingen en zorgt voor een goede coördinatie en opvolging
  • je vormt de link tussen verkoper, de klant en interne afdelingen, om een optimale flow en bijhorende klantentevredenheid te kunnen garanderen
  • je genoot een master of bachelor opleiding
  • je hebt een eerste relevante ervaring opgebouwd in leidinggeven
  • naast het Nederlands heb je een vlotte kennis van het Engels en Duits. Een bredere talenkennis is een troef
  • je hebt een goede kennis van Microsoft Office en je hebt ervaring met ERP (SAP)
  • je bent cijfermatig sterk, administratief nauwkeurig en werkt gestructureerd
  • je bent vlot en communicatief en hebt commerciële feeling
  • je werkt proactief, bent analytisch en probleemoplossend ingesteld
  • je hebt het vermogen om medewerkers te stimuleren, te motiveren en te ontwikkelen
  • je weet beslissingen helder te communiceren naar jouw team
