In het kort: Je gaat als teamlead en senior procesbeschrijver een team aansturen, bedrijfs- en werkprocessen analyseren, optimaliseren en vastleggen, en met diverse stakeholders samenwerken om een uniforme, effectieve werkwijze te realiseren. Het Defensie Ondersteuningscommando (DOSCO) is een van de hoofdorganisaties binnen het Nederlandse Ministerie van Defensie, verantwoordelijk voor de facilitaire, logistieke, medische en personele ondersteuning van de gehele krijgsmacht (marine, landmacht, luchtmacht en marechaussee). Met meer dan 10.000 medewerkers (militairen en burgers) zorgt DOSCO ervoor dat operationele eenheden zich kunnen focussen op hun inzet, zowel in Nederland als op uitzending/inzet. Je bent onderdeel van het team van de Liaison officer (LSO)/projectleider van Defensie Open op Orde (DOO) voor DOSCO. Het programma DOO geeft uitvoering aan inrichtingsprincipes in de Defensievisie 2035 door als Defensieorganisatie 'Transparant en zichtbaar in een betrokken samenleving te zijn' en door 'het Verbeteren en bereiken van een gezaghebbende informatiepositie'. Dit laatste wordt bereikt door een goede informatiehuishouding, als backbone van de Defensieorganisatie en daarmee een randvoorwaarde voor Informatie Gestuurd Werken (IGW) en Informatie Gestuurd Optreden (IGO) DOSCO. Een goede vastlegging van de bedrijfs- en werkprocessen is rand voorwaardelijk om een goede informatiehuishouding te realiseren. De procesbeschrijvers richten zich op het vastleggen van deze processen waar die binnen de staven en bedrijven van DOSCO ontbreken, dan wel deels ontbreken of niet meer actueel zijn. Het doel van de vastlegging is om een eenduidige en uniforme basis te creëren waarmee de organisaties effectief en efficiënt aan het werk kunnen. De werkzaamheden kunnen binnen heel DOSCO plaatsvinden. Werkzaamheden De teamlead en senior procesbeschrijver is verantwoordelijk voor de planning en inzet van het team van procesbeschrijvers DOSCO. Zelf is zij/hij verantwoordelijk voor het.
