- Eindhoven - Fulltime Teamlead Service Een reparatie moet vandaag worden afgerond, terwijl er ondertussen nieuwe werkzaamheden binnenkomen en de voorraad ook aandacht vraagt. Jij houdt het hoofd koel, verdeelt het werk binnen het team en bewaakt tegelijkertijd de kwaliteit en voortgang. Als Lead Service combineer je technisch servicewerk met het dagelijks aansturen van de werkzaamheden. Een functie voor iemand die graag meewerkt én overzicht houdt. Locatie Eindhoven Sector Distributie Dienstverband Fulltime Wat ga je doen? Als Lead Service ben je de operationele kartrekker van een team Service Assistants. Je bent niet hiërarchisch verantwoordelijk voor het team, maar zorgt er op de werkvloer wel voor dat de dagelijkse werkzaamheden goed worden verdeeld en uitgevoerd. Het team houdt zich bezig met de reparatie en service van bionische en mechanische producten. Jij werkt hierin actief mee en bewaakt tegelijkertijd de kwaliteit van producten die de werkplek verlaten. Gedurende de dag controleer je of processen voldoen aan de geldende veiligheidseisen en kijk je waar verbeteringen mogelijk zijn op het gebied van efficiëntie, kwaliteit en serviceniveau. Ook zorg je dat de 5S-principes binnen de afdeling worden gevolgd en organiseer je waar nodig trainingsmogelijkheden. Daarnaast onderhoud en service je apparatuur en houd je werkinstructies en bijbehorende registraties actueel. Ook de inhoudelijke servicewerkzaamheden maken een belangrijk onderdeel uit van je functie. Je voert reparaties uit aan mechanische knieën en bionische producten binnen de afgesproken KPI's, registreert kwaliteitsinspecties in de verschillende systemen en werkt nauw samen met de Quality-afdeling rondom feedback van klanten. Verder houd je registraties actueel en bewaak je de voorraadhoeveelheden en periodieke tellingen.
