Als Teamlead Studiebureau in Ternat ben je de drijvende kracht achter het technisch bureau. Je combineert diepgaande technische expertise met people management, klantgericht advies en een sterke focus op procesverbetering. Samen met je team zorg je voor nauwkeurige en tijdige offertes voor metaalconstructies en ondersteun je klanten, projectmanagers en collega's met praktisch en onderbouwd technisch advies.

Je bewaakt de dagelijkse werking, kwaliteit, efficiëntie en financiële nauwkeurigheid van het team. Daarbij neem je verantwoordelijkheid voor:

  • Het organiseren en prioriteren van de dagelijkse werkplanning van het calculatie- en schattingsteam.
  • Het opmaken, controleren en optimaliseren van kostprijsberekeningen en offertes voor metaalbewerking.
  • Het analyseren en interpreteren van technische tekeningen, lastenboeken en klantvereisten.
  • Het verstrekken van technisch advies aan klanten, projectmanagers en interne collega's, onder meer telefonisch over lopende bestellingen en wijzigingen.
  • Het coachen, begeleiden en ontwikkelen van teamleden, met bijzondere aandacht voor junior profielen.
  • Het creëren van een efficiënte, betrokken en constructieve teamsamenwerking.
  • Het initiëren en implementeren van proces-, systeem- en automatiseringsverbeteringen.
  • Het opvolgen van relevante KPI's, zoals interne tevredenheid, betrokkenheid en de voortgang van opleidingen.
  • Het bewaken van correcte financiële verwerking, compliance en kostenbeheersing.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een professional met minstens tien jaar relevante ervaring in een technisch bureau, calculatie, werkvoorbereiding, engineering of een vergelijkbare omgeving. Je beschikt over voldoende maturiteit om een team te leiden, beslissingen te nemen en tegelijk inhoudelijk sterk betrokken te blijven bij complexe dossiers.

We verwachten doorgaans het volgende profiel:

  • Een bachelor bouwkunde of een master in burgerlijk ingenieur, architectuur of een vergelijkbare technische richting.
  • Ruime ervaring met calculatie, offertes, engineering of werkvoorbereiding binnen een technische of industriële context.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met het aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van medewerkers.
  • Affiniteit met productieprocessen, bij voorkeur binnen metaalbewerking, zoals lasersnijden, plooien en lassen.
  • Sterke technische en analytische vaardigheden, gecombineerd met een hands-on en oplossingsgerichte aanpak.
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen, calculatie- of planningssoftware en een uitgesproken digitale ingesteldheid.
  • Goede kennis van Microsoft Office.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en een professioneel niveau Frans; kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt.
  • Een gestructureerde werkstijl en het vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen in een omgeving met wisselende klantvragen en deadlines.
  • Een verbindende leiderschapsstijl waarmee je medewerkers duidelijkheid, feedback en ontwikkelingskansen biedt.
