Please note: Proficiency in the Dutch language is required Je stuurt de logistiek achter de energietransitie aan: distributie, supply chain en retouren. Je zorgt dat het juiste product op het juiste moment op de juiste plek is en richt de retourstroom in. De functie is voor 40 uur per week, met een salaris van €4.000 - €5.600 bruto per maand. Jouw impact bij Zonneplan- Jij houdt de materiaalstroom draaiend. Je bewaakt dagelijks de operationele status van distributie, supply chain en retouren. Bij verstoringen ben jij het eerste escalatiepunt. Je schakelt snel, hakt knopen door en zorgt dat installatieteams hun werk kunnen doen zonder vertraging. - Jij richt de retourstroom in en wint waarde terug. Je ontwerpt het retourproces van signalering op de installatielocatie tot financiële afhandeling. Je zorgt dat garantieclaims tijdig worden ingediend, herinzetbare materialen terug in voorraad gaan en restwaarde wordt gerealiseerd. - Jij automatiseert de operatie stap voor stap. Je ontwerpt schaalbare processen, initieert systeemverbeteringen en volgt deze op tot ze in productie draaien. Je begeleidt het team actief bij veranderingen. - Jij bouwt een sterk en uitwisselbaar team. Je geeft coachend leiding, voert ontwikkelgesprekken, stelt concrete doelen en creëert een open cultuur waarin fouten worden gemeld en mensen zich uitspreken.

Dit neem jij mee- Minimaal vijf jaar ervaring in een operationele supply chain- of logistieke omgeving, waarvan een deel met leidinggevende of coördinerende verantwoordelijkheid. - Je denkt in ketens en ziet distributie, supply chain en retouren als één stroom. - Je neemt beslissingen met onvolledige informatie en hakt knopen door. - Aantoonbare ervaring met het verbeteren of automatiseren van operationele processen. - Je werkt zelfstandig met ERP- en WMS-systemen, onderbouwt keuzes met data en haalt actief stuurinformatie op.
