Je bent de drijvende kracht achter de organisatie, waarbij je het team motiveert en zorgt voor een efficiënte en gestructureerde uitvoering van de werkzaamheden. Je speelt een cruciale rol in het verbeteren van de technische infrastructuur. Je ontwikkelt een vooruitstrevende visie en begeleidt de transitie naar een omgeving waarin standaardisatie, automatisering en best practices centraal staan. Verantwoordelijkheden: - Aansturen en coachen van het team van technische beheerders (zowel operationeel als functioneel). - Bepalen van prioriteiten, planning en kwaliteitsnormen voor het dagelijkse beheer. - Vertalen van strategische IT-doelstellingen naar concrete beheerplannen. - Initiëren en begeleiden van verbeterprojecten (zoals standaardisatie, automatisering en lifecycle management). - Fungeren als schakel tussen operationele processen, architectuur en management. - Signaleren van knelpunten en implementeren van procesverbeteringen.
