- Teamlead technische dienst kranen - Rotterdam Steinweg is een begrip in de Rotterdamse haven. Sinds 1847 zorgen wij voor de logistieke afhandeling van de goederen van onze klanten. Dit doen we professioneel, veilig en betrouwbaar. In Rotterdam zijn we actief op 9 terminals met een totale grootte van 250 voetbalvelden. Maar ook ver buiten Rotterdam zijn wij actief, wereldwijd op meer dan 135 locaties en in ruim 60 landen. Ons doel? Onze klanten op een duurzame manier de beste service en hoogste kwaliteit bieden. Als onderdeel van de Technische Dienst van Steinweg zorg je er samen met jouw team voor dat onze havenkranen veilig, betrouwbaar en optimaal blijven draaien. Van onderhoud en reparaties tot het oplossen van storingen: geen dag is hetzelfde. Heb jij technische kennis van havenkranen én ervaring met het aansturen van een team? Dan maken we graag kennis met jou! Hier ga je mee aan de slag - Het aansturen en begeleiden van monteurs en storingsmonteurs, met focus op kennisdeling en technische ondersteuning. - Het plannen en coördineren van onderhouds- en storingswerkzaamheden en zorgen voor een efficiënte taakverdeling en optimale personele bezetting. - Het toezien op de naleving van veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en werkprocedures, waaronder werkvergunningen, LMRA's en overige HSE-richtlijnen. - Het bewaken van de technische prestaties, opvolgen van storingen en minimaliseren van stilstand van onze havenkranen. - Het initiëren en realiseren van verbeterprojecten en procesoptimalisaties en stimuleren van continu verbeteren en technische innovatie. - Beheren en optimaliseren van het gebruik van gereedschappen, equipment en technische middelen en adviseren over investeringen en kostenbeheersing. - Analyseren van storings- en onderhoudsdata, rapporteren over prestaties en k...
