Onze klant is actief in de voedingssector en is op zoek naar een enthousiaste collega om het team te versterken & te sturen.

Jobomschrijving

  • Aansturen, coachen en ondersteunen van het Trade & Documentation team.
  • Coördineren en opvolgen van alle internationale transportdocumentatie voor weg-, zee- en luchttransport.
  • Waken over de naleving van douane- en handelswetgeving en fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor douane en overheidsinstanties.
  • Beheren van certificaten, vergunningen en andere gereglementeerde documenten.
  • Initiëren en begeleiden van procesverbeteringen en automatiseringsprojecten in samenwerking met IT en andere afdelingen.
  • Controleren van oorsprongsregels, goederencodes, leveranciersverklaringen en correcte facturatie in samenwerking met Finance.

Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie. ? Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Goede kennis van internationale transportdocumentatie en bij voorkeur van douane- en handelsprocessen. Ervaring met het aansturen of coachen van een team is een plus. Je weet hoe je met SAP werkt. Sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden, met een nauwkeurige en procesgerichte aanpak
