Je staat midden in de operatie en geeft richting aan een team van vijf medewerkers. Tegelijkertijd krijg je de ruimte om processen verder te ontwikkelen en bij te dragen aan de professionalisering van de financiële afdeling. Jouw werkzaamheden als Teamlead Transactional Finance binnen Broekman Logistics In deze dynamische functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing en verdere ontwikkeling van het Transactional Finance team (Banking, Crediteuren en Debiteuren). Je geeft leiding aan een compact en professioneel team van vijf medewerkers en vervult hierin de rol van meewerkend voorman/-vrouw. Je staat met beide voeten in de operatie, bent inhoudelijk nauw betrokken bij de dagelijkse werkzaamheden en weet tegelijkertijd boven de materie uit te stijgen om het grotere geheel te bewaken en verbeterkansen te realiseren. Je bent het primaire aanspreekpunt vanuit de business voor operationele vraagstukken en escalaties. Je neemt hierin eigenaarschap, bewaakt de voortgang en staat voor het team wanneer dat nodig is. Naast het dagelijks aansturen van het Transactional Finance proces speel je een actieve rol in projecten en procesverbeteringen binnen de financiële systemen, waaronder Exact Financials en het inkoopsysteem Onventis. Hierbij richt je je zowel op de Purchase to Pay (P2P)- als de Order to Cash (O2C)-processen. Je initieert en implementeert verbeteringen en draagt daarmee bij aan een efficiënte en professionele financiële operatie.
