DEINE AUFGABEN

* Safety first! - Du achtest auf deine Sicherheit und Gesundheit und die deiner Kolleg*innen

* Sicherstellung der optimalen Auslastung vorhandener Ressourcen (Mitarbeiter, Fahrzeuge) der gesamten Region

* Enge Abstimmung mit Teamleads Transportation am Standort in Bezug auf die lokale Personalplanung

* Erkennen, Aufzeigen und Umsetzung von Optimierungspotenzialen in der strategischen und operativen Tourenplanung

* Disziplinäre Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Transportation Planning Teams

* Durchführung von Rahmentourenplanungen in regelmäßigen Abständen für das Liefergebiet

* Tägliche operative Tourenplanung inkl. Koordination täglicher Rush Order Aufträge in enger Abstimmung mit dem lokalen Teamleads Transportation

* Betreuung von Neu- und Bestandskunden im Bereich Secondary Logistics in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Geschäftsfeld Gastronomie und Lebensmittelhandel

* Betriebsdatenerfassung inkl. Sicherstellung der korrekten Entlohnungsfaktoren

* Sicherstellung korrekter Logistikkundendaten für die Tourenplanung

* Aufbereitung und Analyse von Kennzahlen sowie die Erstellung von Reports

UNSERE ANFORDERUNGEN

* Erfahrung im Bereich Transport, Logistik oder Fuhrparkmanagement von Vorteil

* Hohes Sicherheitsbewusstsein

* Hohe Kommunikationsstärke - gewinnender Umgang mit Kund*innen und Kolleg*innen

* Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Führungserfahrung von Vorteil

* MS-Office Kenntnisse (Excel, etc.) und SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
