Als meewerkend Teamlead Warehouse sta jij midden in de actie. Samen met een collega Teamlead stuur je één van onze warehouse-locaties aan en werk je actief mee op de vloer. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt: van een veilige werkomgeving tot een strakke planning en een soepel verlopend logistiek proces. Daarnaast combineer je het operationele werk met verantwoordelijkheid: ongeveer 50% van je tijd ben je bezig met het verwerken van orders en het beheren van de voorraad in verschillende ERP-systemen. Zo houd je grip op zowel de werkvloer als de administratie.

- Leiden, begeleiden en enthousiasmeren van het warehouse team - Organiseren, afstemmen en controleren van dagelijkse werkzaamheden - Actief deelnemen aan warehouse-taken (ontvangst, opslag, orderpicking en verzending) - Monitoren van kwaliteit, veiligheid en KPI’s, inclusief wekelijkse rapportages - Fungeren als verbinding tussen warehouse, customer service, Defensie en internationale klanten - Signaleren van knelpunten en doorvoeren van verbeteringen in processen - Voorzitten van teamoverleggen en voeren van voortgangs- en beoordelingsgesprekken - Samen met de collega-teamlead zorgen voor continuïteit en elkaars taken overnemen bij afwezigheid

- MBO-4 niveau met een praktische en theoretische denkwijze - Ervaring in een magazijnomgeving, bij voorkeur met leidinggevende taken of ambitie om dit te ontwikkelen - Initiatiefrijk, hands-on en gericht op het oplossen van uitdagingen - Accuraat, klantgericht en communicatief vaardig - Beheerst Nederlands en Engels goed, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling - Vertrouwd met ERP-systemen en MS Office, met name Excel - Hef- en/of reachtruckcertificaat, of bereid dit te behalen
