The posting

Als Teamlead Warehousing & Transport ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van de operationele activiteiten binnen PUD (Pick-Up & Delivery) en Terminal Handling (Warehousing).

Je speelt een sleutelrol in het optimaliseren van processen en het behalen van resultaten, met aandacht voor zowel klant- als medewerkerstevredenheid.

Je werkt in een vroege shift (5u – 13u) met de nodige flexibiliteit.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je stuurt en coacht jouw team op een motiverende manier
  • Je vertaalt operationele doelstellingen naar concrete acties
  • Je beheert infrastructuur, materieel en wagenpark
  • Je bewaakt het operationele budget en stuurt bij waar nodig
  • Je werkt nauw samen met interne stakeholders en externe partners
  • Je ziet toe op naleving van veiligheids- en milieunormen
  • Je monitort KPI’s en optimaliseert processen en prestaties
  • Je hebt ervaring in een leidinggevende rol binnen logistiek of warehousing
  • Je bent sterk in plannen, organiseren en prioriteiten stellen
  • Je combineert een hands-on aanpak met analytisch inzicht
  • Je hebt een sterke focus op veiligheid, kwaliteit en welzijn
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet mensen te motiveren en inspireren
  • Je houdt overzicht in een dynamische omgeving en werkt resultaatsgericht
