The posting

  • Je bewaakt de dagelijkse voortgang in de weverij en helpt bepalen welke werkzaamheden en technische aandachtspunten prioriteit krijgen.
  • Je zorgt voor een vlotte informatiedoorstroming tussen operatoren, techniekers, kwaliteit, planning en andere interne diensten.
  • Je verwerkt kwaliteitswissels en controleert vooraf de technische gegevens, instellingen en productieparameters van nieuwe weefsels.
  • Je analyseert weefselkwaliteiten en beheert de bijbehorende technische informatie nauwkeurig.
  • Je voert controles uit op de werkvloer, detecteert afwijkingen en onderzoekt samen met de betrokken teams wat de oorzaak is.
  • Je volgt productiegegevens, rendementen, KPI's en operationele resultaten van de weverij en sterkzaal op.
  • Je verwerkt en analyseert informatie via het ERP-systeem en Excel en vertaalt cijfers naar bruikbare verbeteracties.
  • Je helpt medewerkers bij praktische en technische vragen en ondersteunt hen bij het vinden van werkbare oplossingen.
  • Je werkt actief mee aan initiatieven die de kwaliteit, efficiëntie, organisatie en prestaties van de afdeling versterken.
  • Je ondersteunt de productieverantwoordelijke bij de dagelijkse coördinatie en verdere ontwikkeling van de weverij.
  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een bacheloropleiding in een technische richting, zoals textiel of elektromechanica. Relevante praktijkervaring kan dit diploma vervangen.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een productieomgeving en combineert graag aanwezigheid op de werkvloer met administratieve en analytische opvolging.
  • Ervaring met textiel of weefprocessen is een voordeel, maar geen vereiste. Je krijgt de nodige interne opleiding.
  • Je werkt zorgvuldig en hebt aandacht voor kwaliteit, techniek en procesverbetering.
  • Je kunt verschillende werkzaamheden tegelijk organiseren en weet ook bij wisselende prioriteiten het overzicht te bewaren.
  • Je communiceert gemakkelijk met medewerkers en collega's uit uiteenlopende afdelingen.
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office en in het bijzonder met Excel. Ervaring met ERP- of productiesystemen is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands. Kennis van Frans en/of Engels vormt een extra troef.
