Zin om een magazijnteam mee te trekken en elke dag het verschil te maken op de vloer? Hou je van structuur, veiligheid en duidelijke doelen, maar evengoed van schakelen en bijsturen waar nodig? Dan zou dit wel eens een rol kunnen zijn waar je helemaal in je element bent.

In deze functie neem je het voortouw binnen het magazijn. Je zorgt ervoor dat mensen weten wat van hen verwacht wordt, dat processen veilig en vlot verlopen en dat dagelijkse targets effectief gehaald worden. Geen ivoren toren, maar een rol dicht bij de operatie, met zichtbare impact.

Wat je concreet doet

  • Aansturen en motiveren van een team magazijnmedewerkers
  • Waken over veiligheid: voor mensen, machines en installaties
  • Duidelijke instructies, prioriteiten en middelen voorzien
  • Opvolgen van prestaties, KPI’s en dagelijkse deadlines
  • Tijdig en helder communiceren met interne stakeholders
  • Ongewenst of niet-conform gedrag signaleren en correct rapporteren
  • Flexibel meedraaien in verschillende afdelingen wanneer nodig
  • Bij voorkeur heb je een eerste ervaring in het aansturen van mensen achter de rug.
  • Feeling met een logistieke of magazijnomgeving is een pluspunt.
  • Een reachtruckattest of de bereidheid om dit intern te behalen is een must.
  • Basis computervaardigheden mogen niet ontbreken.
  • Nederlands heb je onder de knie, daarnaast heb je een basiskennis Engels.
  • Je durft beslissingen nemen binnen je verantwoordelijkheden.
  • Je bent bereidt om in 2-ploegen te werken (vroeg en laat)
  • Interne opleidingen (onthaal, veiligheidsprocedures, verkeersregels, intern rijbewijs) worden voorzien zodat je goed voorbereid start.
