Als teamleider bouw je mee aan de toekomst van een modern en sterk geautomatiseerd bedrijf. Via de gespecialiseerde afdeling Permanent Placement van Randstad treed je vanaf dag een rechtstreeks in vaste dienst bij onze klant. Je slaat de interimperiode volledig over en krijgt meteen de volle zekerheid van een vast contract bij een stabiele werkgever te Moorsel.

In deze rol als teamleider productie ben jij de drijvende kracht achter een gemotiveerde ploeg op de site in Moorsel. Je stelt processen op scherp en zorgt voor een vlotte, gestroomlijnde werking op de vloer. Dankzij jouw aansturing en de aanwezige autonomie binnen de organisatie til je de teamprestaties naar een hoger niveau.

Vlot twee-talig (Nederlands en Frans) voor een heldere communicatie op de vloer.

Aantoonbare leiderschapskwaliteiten en ervaring met ERP-systemen.

Organisatorisch sterk, kwaliteitsbewust en een actieve motivator die woont in de regio van Moorsel.

Stuur jouw team dagelijks enthousiast aan en fungeer als een echt rolmodel volgens het lead by example-principe.

Bereid de opstartmeeting voor en neem actief deel aan het overleg met de verschillende afdelingen.

Vertaal de inzichten uit de overlegmomenten helder naar jouw teamleden in zowel het Nederlands als het Frans.

Beheer de dagelijkse planning, voer strenge kwaliteitscontroles uit en registreer gegevens nauwkeurig in het ERP-systeem.
