Jobomschrijving

Ben jij een ervaren leidinggevende met een passie voor productie en mensen? Wil je écht impact maken op een afdeling waar veiligheid, kwaliteit en samenwerking centraal staan? Dan is deze functie als Production Team Lead iets voor jou. Je krijgt de verantwoordelijkheid over een team van zo’n 30 medewerkers en de ruimte om verbeteringen door te voeren die het verschil maken op de werkvloer.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Production Team Lead stuur je een productieafdeling aan binnen een moderne procesomgeving. Je combineert operationeel leiderschap met coaching en continue verbetering.

Jouw taken:

  • Je geeft dagelijks leiding aan een team van ongeveer 30 medewerkers, ondersteund door enkele coaches.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat veiligheidsregels, kwaliteitsnormen en productieprocessen correct worden nageleefd.
  • Je motiveert medewerkers en creëert een positieve, resultaatgerichte werksfeer.
  • Je begeleidt verandertrajecten en krijgt mensen mee in nieuwe werkwijzen.
  • Je zet verbeterprojecten op rond efficiëntie, kwaliteit, rendement en veiligheid.
  • Je analyseert prestaties en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met afdelingen zoals Quality, Planning en Logistiek.
  • Je vertaalt doelstellingen naar concrete acties voor jouw team.
  • Je waakt over een veilige en georganiseerde werkomgeving.
  • Deze functie biedt een mooie mix van people management, operationele verantwoordelijkheid en procesverbetering.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent een natuurlijke leider die mensen weet te motiveren én aan te spreken wanneer nodig. Je staat stevig in je schoenen en bouwt tegelijk bruggen tussen verschillende persoonlijkheden.

Daarnaast:

  • Heb je minstens 5 jaar ervaring als leidinggevende binnen een productieomgeving.
  • Heb je ervaring binnen de chemische sector, voedingsindustrie of een andere procesomgeving.
  • Is kennis van processen zoals mixing, filling of piping een grote troef.
  • Heb je ervaring met Lean, TPM of andere verbeterprojecten.
  • Durf je beslissingen nemen en veranderingen doorvoeren.
  • Combineer je een directe aanpak met diplomatie en respect.
  • Heb je een sterke focus op veiligheid, kwaliteit en resultaten.
  • Ben je flexibel om maandelijks enkele overlegmomenten in de namiddag bij te wonen.
