Jobomschrijving

Als meewerkend ploegbaas ben je in deze spuitgieterij de persoon met eindverantwoordelijkheid over de operationele werking. Werk je graag volgens lead-by-example, dan is dit jouw plek!

  • Je staat in voor de bevoorrading van de lijnen met de heftruck.
  • Je werkt ook mee aan het instellen van de machines.
  • Daarnaast ga je op termijn ook de spuitgieters ontlasten van taken.
  • Medewerkers aansturen, motiveren en structuur bieden;
  • Aan- en afvoer van materialen en afgewerkte producten bewaken;
  • Productkwaliteit opvolgen;
  • Spuitgietmachines afstellen en bijsturen wanneer nodig;
  • Problemen op de vloer mee oplossen;
  • Zorgen dat de ploeg en productie blijven draaien.

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die verantwoordelijkheid durft te nemen, maar ook actief meewerkt op de werkvloer. De belangrijkste competenties zijn:

  • Technische voorkennis en voldoende inzicht om productieprocessen of machines te helpen bijsturen
  • Bereidheid om zelf de handen uit de mouwen te steken en actief mee te werken in de productie
  • Ervaring met het aansturen of begeleiden van kleine productieteams
  • Aanspreekpunt kunnen zijn voor collega’s bij vragen of problemen tijdens de productie
  • Medewerkers op een correcte en duidelijke manier kunnen aanspreken op kwaliteit, werktempo en gemaakte afspraken
  • Verantwoordelijkheidszin en de ambitie om een coördinerende rol op te nemen
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands om vlot te communiceren en werk- en veiligheidsinstructies duidelijk over te brengen
  • Bereidheid om in een ploegensysteem te werken: ochtend, middag en indien nodig nacht
  • In het bezit zijn van een heftruckattest of bereid zijn dit opnieuw te behale
