Als Teamleader 2 Ploegen stuur je een team aan binnen één van de magazijnen op de Gentse sites. Je werkt steeds in de vaste nachtploeg. In overleg bekijken we, op basis van jouw ervaring en persoonlijkheid, waar jij het best tot je recht komt. Je draagt de verantwoordelijkheid voor het vlotte verloop van de nachtactiviteiten, houdt toezicht op de processen en zorgt dat deadlines worden gehaald.

Je nacht bestaat uit het aansturen van medewerkers, het opvolgen van logistieke taken en het oplossen van operationele problemen. Je voert gesprekken bij afwezigheid of bij evaluaties, maar dit is geen must. Je zorgt voor een open communicatie en bent het aanspreekpunt voor het team. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit en veiligheid op de werkvloer.

  • Ervaring als leidinggevende in de logistiek is vereist

  • Minimum hoger secundair onderwijs (BSO, TSO, ASO)
