Voor een familiebedrijf met een gevestigde waarde, zijn wij op zoek naar een teamleader voor in het 2-ploegensysteem. Je krijgt de eindverantwoordelijkheid over de diverse afdelingen (productie, expeditie...).

Jouw taken?

  • Je coacht, inspireert en ondersteunt de medewerkers van de nachtploeg werkzaam over de verschillende afdelingen.
  • Je vertoont voorbeeldgedrag ivm de naleving van veiligheids- en hygiënevoorschriften.
  • Je begeleidt technische storingen gedurende het ganse productieproces en grijpt zelf in of verwittigt de desbetreffende collega's van de technische dienst.
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Manufacturing Manager.

PROFIEL

  • Je bent in het bezit van een A2 diploma in een technische richting of hebt een goeie basiskennis mechanica, elektriciteit door ervaring.
  • Als people manager weet je je te organiseren en kan je jouw collega's inspireren en motiveren.
  • Je werkt altijd probleemoplossend.
  • Je kan heel zelfstandig werken en beslissingen nemen.
  • Kennis van de Franse taal is een pluspunt.
