The posting

ls Teamleader speel je een sleutelrol in het vlot, veilig en efficiënt laten verlopen van de dagelijkse operaties. Je werkt nauw samen met je collega-teamleader, de supervisor en de ondersteunende diensten om alles in goede banen te leiden.

Operationele verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je organiseert de dagelijkse planning en taakverdeling binnen het team.
  • Je waakt over de veiligheid en stimuleert het correct volgen van procedures.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte registratie en opvolging in SAP.
  • Je signaleert verbeterkansen en stemt deze af met de supervisie.
  • Je verzorgt een duidelijke ploegoverdracht.
  • Indien nodig steek je zelf mee de handen uit de mouwen in het magazijn.

People management

  • Je coacht en begeleidt teamleden actief op de werkvloer.
  • Je volgt afwezigheden op en communiceert hierover tijdig.
  • Je beheert de skillmatrix en organiseert opleidingen waar nodig.
  • Je bereidt evaluatiegesprekken voor en voert deze uit.
  • Je bewaakt de teamsfeer en grijpt in wanneer nodig

Als Teamleader zorg je dat de dagelijkse werking vlot en veilig verloopt. Je organiseert de planning, verdeelt het werk en volgt alles correct op in SAP. Je houdt het overzicht, stuurt bij waar nodig en signaleert verbeterkansen.

Daarnaast ben je een echte people manager: je coacht je team op de vloer, volgt afwezigheden en skills op en zorgt voor een positieve werksfeer. Je communiceert duidelijk en zorgt voor een vlotte ploegoverdracht.

Jouw profiel

  • Ervaring in een logistieke of dynamische omgeving
  • Eerste ervaring in leidinggeven of klaar voor de volgende stap
  • Sterk in communicatie en organisatie
  • Stressbestendig en oplossingsgericht
  • Veiligheid staat altijd voorop
  • Goede kennis Nederlands en Engels
  • Bereid tot werken in een tweeploegensysteem
