Jobomschrijving

Ben jij een natuurlijke leider met ervaring in de logistieke sector? Wil je graag meer verantwoordelijkheden opnemen en een team mee aansturen? Dan is deze functie als Back-up Teamleader iets voor jou!

Als Back-up Teamleader ondersteun jij de Teamleader met de dagelijkse taken van het magazijn. Bij afwezigheid van de Teamleader neem jij de leiding over en zorg je ervoor dat de operationele processen vlot en efficiënt verlopen.

Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en draagt actief bij aan een veilige, kwalitatieve en positieve werkomgeving.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Ondersteunen en vervangen van de teamleider bij dagelijkse aansturing
  • Coördineren, motiveren en begeleiden van medewerkers op de werkvloer
  • Bewaken van productiviteit, kwaliteit en veiligheid
  • Opvolgen van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden en tijdig rapporteren aan de leidinggevende
  • Bijdragen aan een efficiënte en postieve samenwerking binnen het team.

Herken jij jezelf in onderstaande:

  • Ervaring binnen een logistieke of magazijnomgeving
  • Sterke leiderschapskwaliteiten met een hands-on mentaliteit
  • Vlotte communicatie in Nederlands en Engels aangezien je zowel werkt met Nederlandstalige en Engelstalige collega's
  • Flexibel inzetbaar en in staat om snel te schakelen binnen het takenpakket
  • Stressbestendig, oplossingsgericht en organisatorisch sterk
