Als Teamleader Productie neem je de dagelijkse leiding over een team van operatoren en heftruckchauffeurs in een 2-ploegenstelsel. Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer en combineert operationele verantwoordelijkheid met people management.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Een team van operatoren en heftruckchauffeurs aansturen en begeleiden
  • De dagelijkse planning opmaken, taken verdelen en operationele prioriteiten bepalen
  • Zowel op de productievloer als vanuit de controlekamer de werking opvolgen
  • Productieprocessen nauwgezet bewaken en bijsturen wanneer de omstandigheden veranderen
  • Toezien op de naleving van veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften
  • Medewerkers coachen, motiveren en ondersteunen in hun dagelijkse werking
  • Prestaties en werkafspraken opvolgen en bijsturen waar nodig
  • Zorgen voor een efficiënte organisatie van de werkzaamheden binnen de ploeg
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt tussen de werkvloer en de productieverantwoordelijke
  • Meedenken over verbeteringen in efficiëntie, veiligheid en werkorganisatie
  • Bij voorkeur beschik je over een A2-diploma Mechanica of Elektromechanica, of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring
  • Je hebt leidinggevende of coördinerende capaciteiten en weet een team op een positieve manier te motiveren
  • Communicatief, stressbestendig en organisatorisch sterk en beschikt over een hands-on mentaliteit
  • Sterke Nederlandse talenkennis omwille van de veiligheidsvoorschriften; een heftruckattest of ervaring met een heftruck is een mooie troef
