  • Jij stuurt een team van operatoren en heftruckchauffeurs aan in een 2-ploegenstelsel
  • Je werkt zowel aan de ovens als aan de schermen in de controlekamer
  • Planning opmaken van je team, taken verdelen en bewaken van operationele prioriteiten behoren ook tot jouw takenpakket
  • Veiligheid en kwaliteit zijn voor jou topprioriteiten in alles wat je doet
  • Je coacht jouw teamleden, volgt prestaties op en stuurt bij waar nodig
  • Men verwacht een efficiënte organisatie van jouw werk om flexibel in te spelen op veranderingen in het productieproces
  • Je vormt de brug tussen de werkvloer en de productieverantwoordelijke
  • Je beschikt over een A2-diploma in mechanica of elektromechanica, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, stressbestendig en motiveert je team op een positieve manier
  • Een heftruckattest of voldoende ervaring met heftruckgebruik vormt een plus
