Als Warehouse Teamleader rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de Operations Supervisor.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van een 15-tal magazijn medewerkers in een logistieke omgeving. Jouw team staat garant voor het kwalitatief ontvangen en versturen van goederen. Je staat in voor de dagelijkse planning en aansturing van je team en draagt bij tot het behalen van de objectieven met betrekking tot People, Quality, Velocity en Cost door middel van Continuous Improvement. Je werkt in een 2 ploegensysteem: 1 week 8u-16u, 1 week 12u-20u.

· Motiveren en dagelijks aansturen van een team van 15-tal magazijnmedewerkers in een logistieke omgeving. Deze medewerkers begeleiden, trainen en opvolgen.

· Verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor een veilige werkplek.

· Opvolgen van de werkplanning, prioriteiten kunnen stellen zodat de vooropgestelde doelstellingen behaald kunnen worden.

· Beslissingen kunnen nemen met het oog op Continuous Improvement.

· Flexibel zijn en bereid zijn om in een ploegensysteem te werken.

· Je communiceert correct en duidelijk

· Ervaring in een logistieke omgeving is een groot pluspunt.

· Je bent PC-vaardig (MS Office, Outlook) en administratief sterk

· Je beheerst het Nederlands goed, kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt.

· Je bent een flexibele teamplayer, stressbestendig, georganiseerd, nauwkeurig en proactief.

· Je neemt je verantwoordelijkheid en kan zelfstandig werken.

· Je hebt een positieve aanpak
