Wil je verantwoordelijkheid opnemen en tegelijk dicht bij de dagelijkse werking blijven? In deze functie start je met een grondige opleiding op de werkvloer. Je leert eerst bestellingen samenstellen voor horeca en viswinkels, inkomende goederen ontvangen en gewichten verwerken via een touchscreen en maatsoftware. Daarna groei je stap voor stap door naar een leidinggevende rol binnen de productie.

Als teamleader verdeel je het werk, verwerk je bestellingen en zorg je dat leverbonnen en routelijsten klaarstaan. Je houdt de planning en voortgang in het oog, bewaakt rendement, hygiëne en productkwaliteit en stemt af met aankoop, verkoop en de werkvloer. Je lost problemen op, motiveert collega’s en leidt nieuwe medewerkers op. Zelf spring je ook bij waar nodig, zodat de vrachtwagens tijdig kunnen vertrekken.

Je werkt 38 uur per week, van maandag tot en met vrijdag, en begint vroeg, rond 4 à 5 uur. De functie vraagt dus flexibiliteit en comfort bij werken in een koude, vochtige omgeving. Daar staat een gevarieerde rol tegenover met ruimte om door te groeien en steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.

Aanbod

Functievereisten

  • Je spreekt uitstekend Nederlands en Frans.
  • Je hebt gevorderde computervaardigheden.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en toont leiderschap.
  • Je lost problemen op en blijft rustig onder druk.
  • Je werkt graag in een koude en vochtige omgeving.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een diploma hoger secundair onderwijs.
  • Ervaring in de vissector is een sterke troef; kennis van het Engels is een plus.
