FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Als leidinggevende binnen de productie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren en opvolgen van de dagelijkse productieactiviteiten, waarbij je steeds waakt over een efficiënte werking, kwaliteit en veiligheid. Je stuurt een team van operatoren aan, coacht en motiveert hen om het beste uit zichzelf te halen en zorgt voor een positieve en resultaatgerichte werkomgeving.

Daarnaast volg je de vooropgestelde KPI's nauwgezet op en rapporteer je de resultaten aan de productiemanager. Door jouw analytisch inzicht detecteer je afwijkingen en werk je actief mee aan verbeteringen binnen het productieproces. Ook het analyseren van storingen behoort tot jouw takenpakket. Je gaat op zoek naar de oorzaken van technische of operationele problemen en draagt bij aan duurzame oplossingen om de continuïteit van de productie te garanderen.

Met jouw organisatorische vaardigheden, people management en hands-on mentaliteit speel je een sleutelrol in het behalen van de productiedoelstellingen en het verder optimaliseren van de productieomgeving.

PROFIEL

Je beschikt over relevante ervaring binnen een productieomgeving en bent klaar om een team aan te sturen en te begeleiden. Als echte people manager weet je medewerkers te motiveren, te coachen en te ondersteunen zodat zowel individuele als teamdoelstellingen worden behaald.

Dankzij jouw sterke communicatieve vaardigheden weet je op een heldere en positieve manier te communiceren met operatoren, collega's en leidinggevenden. Je bent organisatorisch sterk, kan prioriteiten stellen en behoudt steeds het overzicht, ook wanneer de productiedruk toeneemt.

Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid, denkt oplossingsgericht en combineert een hands-on mentaliteit met een gestructureerde aanpak. Zo draag je dagelijks bij aan een efficiënte werking van de productieafdeling en een positieve werksfeer binnen het team.
