Als teamleader combineer je meewerkend leiderschap met de dagelijkse opvolging van het werk op de werkvloer.

  • Je stuurt je team dagelijks aan en zorgt voor motivatie en coaching in de uitvoering van het werk.
  • Je werkt zelf mee aan het stralen, metalliseren en schilderen van staal.
  • Je volgt planningen, budgetten en kwaliteit op en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je verzorgt aankopen en houdt het materiaalbeheer op orde.
  • Je stemt de voortgang en aandachtspunten af met de Production Supervisor of Manager.
  • Je doet voorstellen om de kwaliteit te verbeteren en ziet toe op het toepassen van veilige procedures.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt bij vragen en technische problemen op de werkvloer.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor deze functie breng je de volgende kennis, ervaring en basisvoorwaarden mee.

  • Minimaal 3 jaar relevante praktijkervaring, bij voorkeur in industriële projecten
  • Een ACQPA-niveau 2-certificaat of een gelijkwaardig certificaat
  • Technisch inzicht en het vermogen om technische plannen te lezen
  • Goede beheersing van het Nederlands of Engels, met notie van het Nederlands, aangevuld met basis digitale vaardigheden
  • Sterke communicatievaardigheden, het vermogen om collega’s te motiveren en een stressbestendige, oplossingsgerichte en veiligheidsbewuste houding
