Als teamleader bij onze klant in Menen heb je een brede verantwoordelijkheid en ruim takenpakket:

  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de geplande productie en personeelsbezetting dagelijks vlot en efficiënt worden vertaald naar de praktijk.
  • Je brengt structuur in de werkdag door taken te organiseren, accenten te leggen en de uitvoering van het productieproces nauwgezet op te volgen.
  • Je waakt erover dat de vooropgestelde normen rond kwaliteit, veiligheid en rendement worden gehaald en onderneemt actie zodra resultaten of processen dreigen af te wijken.
  • Je neemt de dagelijkse leiding over een team van 25 à 30 medewerkers en creëert een werkomgeving waarin mensen weten wat van hen verwacht wordt en zich ondersteund voelen.
  • Je helpt operatoren groeien in hun rol door hen op weg te helpen, feedback te geven en gericht te investeren in hun ontwikkeling.
  • Je gebruikt de beschikbare prestatiegegevens om de werking van je team te evalueren en waar nodig concrete acties te bepalen.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat informatie tussen de verschillende ploegen correct en volledig wordt doorgegeven, zodat de continuïteit van de productie gewaarborgd blijft.
  • Je anticipeert op tekorten of knelpunten in grondstoffen en materialen en zorgt samen met de betrokken afdelingen voor een tijdige oplossing.
  • Je beschikt over een diploma hoger onderwijs, of je hebt een vergelijkbaar niveau opgebouwd dankzij relevante werkervaring.
  • Je kunt je professioneel uitdrukken in het Nederlands en Frans en beschikt daarnaast over een goede basis in het Engels.
  • Je houdt van een duidelijke aanpak, stelt de juiste prioriteiten en focust op het behalen van concrete resultaten.
  • Je denkt mee over de werking, analyseert situaties en neemt zelf initiatief om verbeteringen te realiseren.
  • Ook wanneer de omstandigheden veranderen of de druk toeneemt, blijf je rustig, behoud je het overzicht en zoek je gericht naar oplossingen.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met de courante toepassingen binnen Microsoft Office.
  • Kennis van of ervaring met een MRP-systeem vormt een mooie extra troef.
