Als teamleader ben je de spil tussen de productieplanning en de dagelijkse werking op de werkvloer. Samen met jouw team van ongeveer 25 tot 30 medewerkers zorg je ervoor dat de productie vlot, efficiënt en kwalitatief verloopt.Je bent dagelijks aanwezig op de werkvloer, houdt het overzicht en stuurt bij waar nodig. Tegelijkertijd ben je vooral een coach en aanspreekpunt voor je team: je motiveert, begeleidt en ontwikkelt je medewerkers zodat zij hun talenten optimaal kunnen inzetten en de vooropgestelde KPI's behalen.Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Production Manager.Wij bieden

Wij vragenJe bent een hands-on people manager die graag dicht bij de medewerkers en de productie staat. Je weet mensen mee te krijgen, maar durft ook duidelijk bij te sturen wanneer dat nodig is.Daarnaast:

  • Heb je bij voorkeur een diploma hoger onderwijs of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Heb je aantoonbare ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen een productieomgeving.
  • Ben je communicatief sterk en weet je jouw boodschap duidelijk over te brengen.
  • Spreek je Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Werk je gestructureerd, georganiseerd en resultaatgericht.
  • Ben je analytisch en proactief ingesteld.
  • Kun je goed omgaan met onverwachte situaties en behoud je het overzicht onder druk.
  • Heb je een goede kennis van Microsoft Office.
  • Ervaring met een MRP-systeem is een pluspunt.
