Jobomschrijving

Ben jij een inspirerende leider die mensen in beweging krijgt? Als Teamleader ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van je team.

Als Teamcoach ben je het aanspreekpunt op de werkvloer tijdens de shift. De operationele planning wordt opgevolgd, medewerkers worden gecoacht en bijgestuurd waar nodig. Met een duidelijke communicatie en een coachende leiderschapsstijl creëer je structuur, betrokkenheid en een cultuur van continue verbetering.

Jouw takenpakket als Teamleader:

  • Dagelijkse operationele aansturing van een team binnen logistiek of productie (20-30 medewerkers)
  • Bewaken van planning, voortgang en prioriteiten tijdens de shift
  • On-the-floor coaching met focus op productiviteit, kwaliteit en veiligheid
  • Tijdig bijsturen bij afwijkingen of operationele problemen
  • Creëren van structuur, motivatie en een cultuur van continue verbetering
  • Rapporteren aan de Shiftleader en samenwerken met interne stakeholders
  • Actief bijdragen aan het behalen en opvolgen van KPI’s (productiviteit, kwaliteit, aanwezigheid, veiligheid)
  • Zichtbare aanwezigheid op de werkvloer en voorbeeldgedrag tonen

De gezochte Teamleader:

  • Ervaring binnen een operationele omgeving (logistiek of productie)
  • Aantoonbare ervaring in het aansturen en coachen van medewerkers
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en durf om feedback te geven
  • Resultaatgericht met focus op kwaliteit en veiligheid
  • Ervaring in het helder en open communiceren met vakbonden
  • Hands-on ingesteld, stressbestendig en oplossingsgericht
  • Kennis van KPI-opvolging, SQCDEP, 5S of WMS vormt een meerwaarde
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels
