Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit?

Als Teamleader ben jij verantwoordelijk voor volgende zaken:

  • Je coördineert en begeleidt een team van 5 advisors (junior en senior);
  • Hun werk wordt door jou gecontroleerd en indien nodig aangepast;
  • Op regelmatige basis rapporteer je aan de kantoorverantwoordelijke over de werkzaamheden binnen het team;
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het tijdig en kwalitatief afhandelen van jouw eigen dossiers.
  • Je onderhoudt het contact met de klant door het verlenen van advies en toelichting;
  • Je zorgt voor het behalen van deadlines en evalueert jouw team;
  • Je staat in voor de evaluatiegesprekken en mid-yeargesprekken met het team;

Wie ben jij?

  • Iemand met minstens een aantal jaarervaring als accountant en de nodige fiscale kennis;
  • Je hebt al een eerste ervaring met het aansturen van een team;
  • Een bachelor of master Accountancy is een must, idealiter met extra scholing in Fiscaliteit;
  • Goede kennis van de Nederlands, Franse taal is een plus;
  • Je hebt zin om een team van accountants onder je vleugels te nemen;
  • Je bent digital minded;
  • 'Going the extra mile' is jouw motto.
